- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪1. I wish I could give ZERO stars 2. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life dealing with this bank. 3. Members can't get cash withdrawals through the drive way. 4. Extremely pool communication with members. 5. They place holds on you checks without telling you. Sometimes up to 30 days. My suggestion is if you are thinking of opening a bank account with them be prepared to extremely aggrieved when trying to get your money out of the bank when you need it. I'm DONE!!!
