- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give them not one star I would. I've had such an unpleasant experience with this office on Old National Hwy. Almost every month their is an issue. For example, there have been incidents when I have called no one has answered and I left a message. It took me to call corporate to actually get someone to call me back. The recent incident that has me livid is that they took money out of my account without my authorization. Then, once I spoke with Ericka Jones, she was very unpleasant and did not take responsibility for her mistake of her office. I have been a loyal customer with this agency for four years. Even after there being many incidents of being not organized. It took me to call corporate to actually get someone to call me back. Even after telling her how unsatisfactied I was with the service that they provided, she mentioned to me that I could stop using them as car insurance. No remorse or anything, especially after taking money out of my account WITHOUT my authorization. Overall State Farm is a great company but the Old National Hwy office is unprofessional and they have a lack remorse and curtesy when it comes to others with their money.
